| Nemoria strigataria
larvae, reared ex ova. Ferguson (1985) reported Nemoria
strigataria had been reared on Quercus hypoleucoides but did
not do well. That plant was found at all of the sites where we collected
N strigataria, but larvae fed only reluctantly on a variety of
oak species and oak catkins that were offered. |
