** swimmers entering need qualification standard times
Swim Meet Policy:
Meets are mandatory for all swimmers. Entries are submitted weeks in advance, and everyone is entered. We understand, however, that sometimes conflicts do occur. Parents must notify FCA in writing of a meet or a meet session that a swimmer will be unable to attend by Friday, April 9th. After that date, should an unavoidable conflict arise, we ask that parents inform the FCA office in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the meet. Because of stringent meet entry deadline requirements, FCA will not be able to refund any of the money paid for the swimmer's entry after the Friday, April 9th deadline. Please send all communications regarding meets to Fcaquatics@Friendscentral.org.*Please note that the second GPAC Meet, the HAC/WSY "LC Classic" and the LAC "Speedo Classic" have events on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and that Middle Atlantic Championships (Junior Olympics and Seniors) are four days with qualification standards.
Mini-Meets are for 8 & Under Age Groups only. All other meets (A/BB/C) are for 9-10's, 11-12's, 13-14's, and Senior's. Eligibility to compete in a particular age group is determined by the swimmer's age on the first day of the meet.
