July 12, 2006:Please read this breaking news regarding the Ephrata Meet and the Junior Olympics. Also the Practice Schedule for the end of the season has been posted.

June 29, 2006:Warm Up Times for Ephrata have changed:
Session 1-warm-up @ 7:30 AM, meet start @ 8:30 AM
Session 2--warm-up @ 4 PM, meet start @ 5 PM
Session 3-warm-up @ 6 AM, meet start @ 6:45 AM
Session 4-warm-up @ 12:30 PM, meet start @ 1 PM
Session 5-warm-up @ 5:30 PM, meet start @ 6:15 PM
Session 6-warm-up @ 6 AM, meet start @ 6:45 AM
Session 7- warm-up @ 11:15 AM, meet start @ 12 Noon
Session 8-warm-up @ 5 PM, meet start @ 5:45 PM

June 13, 2006:The May Swimmers of the Month are out.

June 5, 2006:Please also reference the Warm-up schedule for the summer storm meet. Please note that positive check in for the 400 free and mile is at 12:00.

June 2, 2006:Times have changed for the Summer Storm Meet at F&M:
13 and over swimmers warm up: 6:30 AM, Start 8:00AM, End 1:00-1:15 PM

Distance warm up immediately at the end of the morning session
Distance start time 15 minutes after warm up starts
Distance end time: 2:30 - 2:45 PM

12 and under swimmers warm up: 3:00 PM, Start 4:00PM, End 8:-8:15PM

For planning purposes the 12 and under sessions will begin 30 minutes later than previously published, and the Distance sessions will begin 15 to 30 minutes later.

Practice Schedule for the Week of June 5th
No evening practice on Thursday, June 8 for J. II and Seniors, Novices still have practice.
No practices Friday, June 9.
Saturday, June 10, only Novices have practice.

May 8, 2006:The Malvern Meet Information is now available. Please note, parking will only be available at Lankenau Hospital due to homecoming.

May 4, 2006:FCA will not be participating in the May Maelstrom meet at F&M scheduled for May 5-7.

May 2, 2006:Please note that the NRG Mini Meet has been changed from June 10th to June 3rd Also the Dorney Park Flyer is now available

April 19, 2006: Please note that the June Summer Storm meet at F&M has been changed to June 8-10. This means the meet will be Thursday through Saturday. FCA will not be participating in events on Thursday. Also the Super Saturday Flyer is now available.

April 11, 2006: The Feburary Swimmers of the Month have been posted along with updates to the Meet Schedule (Malvern Dual Meet) and the Movie Night Flyer.

March 17, 2006:Important Mini Champs announcement:
The following message is from the Mini Champ meet director:
There is a change of pool assignments for this weekend's meet. The 6 year old girls will now be swimming before the six year old boys in all of their events. This means they will be swimming in the boys pool BOTH DAYS !

March 16, 2006: The 2006 Spring/Summer Meet Schedule is now available.

March 6, 2006: Practices for the Fall/Winter season will end this Friday, March 10 for all swimmers except for the Novices who will have practice on Tues and Thurs af next week, March 14 and 16.

February 26, 2006: MA Junior Olympics have been moved from Franklin & Marshall to GCIT in Sewell, NJ:

Due to an unforeseen water chemistry problem at the Franklin & Marshall pool in Lancaster, the Middle Atlantic JUNIOR OLYMPICS Championships are being moved to the GCIT pool in Sewell, NJ. This change is being made to insure that we will have a safe environment for our Championship meet. We understand that many teams will need to make new arrangements for this weekend, and we apologize for the inconvenience and apparent late timing of this notice.

The meet will be held with the same format beginning Thursday evening, March 9 and continuing thru Sunday, March 12. Due to the school session at GCIT on Friday, there may be an adjustment in the starting times and limited access to the school grounds for the Friday morning session; further information regarding this session will be sent later and also posted on the Middle Atlantic website.
